On July 31, 2024, Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (“PECO”) updated its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). The revised Code contains new language on investigations of Code violations, prevention of workplace violence, giving and receiving of gifts, social media use, generative AI, and selection of third parties. Additional non-substantive changes were made to enhance the layout and readability. The Code applies to all associates, officers, and directors of PECO and its subsidiaries.
