Phillips Edison & Company was recently recognized on ICSC for its robust Internship Program. PECO views the intern program as a supplement to its workplace and tasks the interns with real-world work. The current program started in 2013 and now offers internships during fall, spring and summer semesters.
During the program, interns are tasked with real issues for the company. This semester, interns are working on understanding the impacts of AI and e-commerce on PECO’s business and reporting the findings to senior leaders at PECO.
